I was preparing to do my TN application by mail as well as renew my families TD we are already in the US under a different TN, and I noticed that my families TD expired on Feb 11 2006, its now March 24th. I know a solution is for them to leave the country and come back in, but we are in Florida and my wife does not fly. What will happen if I just send in for an extension on the TD via mail in this situation? Thanks for the help in advance.
