My Employer is SoftwareGT. I came on their H1B and have settled well in NY with my new project, they have been great! I now want my family (wife and 6mth old son) to join me. How long will it take to process my family's H4?

You should check the website of US consulate where they are going to apply for H4 visa stamp. It may take one month if you are from India.
