My EB-1 EA PP after RFE Approved at NSC

My 485/EAD/AP was received by TSC. Now the waiting, lets hope they do some progress on EB1-EA in TSC

Yes, were supposed to send them to NSC, but me and my lawyer played dumb and sent them to TSC, and they actually took it. My layer said that most of EB1-EA ,once the 140 is approved, they are consider very easy cases, so she said that they don't even bother transfering the cases to NSC.

anyway, luck was on my side!
