He has not completed form D260. She has a one year daughter. What are her chance of getting a greencard through him. The baby too?
 
If they go ahead and get married and are able to prove that their relationship is a bonafide one, she will get a visa as his spouse.
 
Unfortunately I have to play devils advocate on this (once again) :(: you might want to suggest to your daughter to make absolutely sure the guy actually has won the DV lottery, that he is willing to enter into a bona fide marriage with your daughter and, subsequent to this, will complete and submit DS-260's for both your daughter and her baby.

Good point, especially the "just" won the lottery. I guess he may have just discovered he won the lottery, but results have been out for a month or so already.

And in addition to the above, there are costs involved obviously. I guess it's not unheard of for someone to be so keen to marry someone they have been seeing for just a few months and want to move countries with them, but ya gotta admit, it's not generally something does with someone they haven't known that long, especially with a child from another person involved.
