My dad cam in today on B2 and I noticed that his Family name ( surname ) on I 94 is the same as his first name.
He filled the I 94 as everyone else and by mistake / confusion wrote his first name under Family name. So there is no mention of his family name ( surname ) in the I94. Only first name is mentioned in both the rows. His middle name is also not mentioned.
The immigration officer at the port of entry did not notice it and he is in the country now !!
What should I do ? Is this a problem? Should I get new I 94 for him ?
I don't want this to cause problem in his future visit. Please let me know asap.
