My dad's name is wrong on I 94 ( B2)

Hi there,

My dad cam in today on B2 and I noticed that his Family name ( surname ) on I 94 is the same as his first name.

He filled the I 94 as everyone else and by mistake / confusion wrote his first name under Family name. So there is no mention of his family name ( surname ) in the I94.

The immigration officer at the port of entry did not notice it and he is in the country now !!

What should I do ? Is this a problem? Should I get new I 94 for him ?

I don't want this to cause problem in his future visit. Please let me know asap.
