I have been in an extremely complicated situation for almost five years now. I am French, I have been living persecution since 2016 because of my disability and my sexual orientation. I have been raped countless times, my attackers have tried several times to murder me to keep me quiet and now I have been gangstalking for three years. I was kidnapped and tortured in 2016 by five men
The court in my city has admitted that French law fails to protect me because gangstalking is not recognized as such.They are waiting for me to survive other atrocities in order to act and have clearly told me that I have to be raped again in order to act (and that I can prove it).
The situation is so bad that I am seriously considering asylum, I have moved many times but the harassment and threats do not stop. I have a lawyer and a psychiatrist but they can't do much except report it.
The court admitted that my case was probably true because I had evidence of gangstalking, they told me that it would probably be a crime in another country but that here it was not. I am giving myself one last chance to move one last time but if the situation gets worse or continues I will have no choice but to leave France and change my name.
I was wondering if I would be eligible for asylum, either in the US or elsewhere
