My company aquired by another company when 485 is pending.

My I-140 is approved and I-485 is pending more than 2 years. Recently my company is acquired by another company?

Do you think any impact on pending 485 or on approved 140 and lead to deny of my 485 because of acquisition?

Your thoughts are helpful.
 
Since you are eligible to AC21, there is no issue as long as you have job offer and meet other AC21 requirement.
 
I had a similar situation last year. There are no issues. Your new co will have to start filing your h1 extension if you are still on h1.

I have Advance Parole, which was approved before acquisition. Is this Advance Parole still valid after the acquisition??
