My code 3 FP was done in Apr. 2006

My code 3 was done in March 2006 but still has not recived any letter of apporval of I 485
Some say it only takes 8 weeks after code 3 FP and I 485 gets apporved

IS IT TRUE???

Hi, make an info pass and check with immigration office abt your case status.In general delays are linked with security checks,in particular name check from FBI.

Check the visa bulletin, go to the immigration.com home.The bulletin for December should be out around mid November. YOu can check the priority date depending on which category you fall under.
