Diplomat & Child birth rights.

If parents work for any entity (includes companies and/or goverment) or a subsidiary reporting in the form of taxes or other monetary obligation to the US goverment then it is assumed they are working under the orders and supervision of the US Government.

When a country owns a piece of land in a foreign country that piece of property although LEASED from the U.S. Government is still the soil of the foreign land. Think of it as an EXTENSION of that countries property.

So if a parent worked on the property of an embassy, they are not reportable to the U.S. Government directly. Salaries of employees on foreign missions (diplomats) are paid in their local currency and an allowance is paid for their stay in a foreign country like the US. So for all practical purpose diplomats are still on their on soil and therefore their children do not have this right.

Laws Evolve

All laws have EVOLVED. Laws are NOT INVENTIONs like science. Laws are created from consensus between agreeing parties.

If LAW was science, then the field of LAW would have discovered the LAWs of Nature as well. And may even have REWRITTEN them as well.

Law is SUBJECT to CHANGE as needs change.

So whether its medival or not any agreement which HELPs one or more nation to CONTINUE in harmony is clearly stated in the PRESENT UN charter.
 
i know cases of russian diplomats in new york city that drove drunk and killed kids off the road .... also when Mayor Giulianni was in nyc he was very tough on diplomats . i've seen with my own eyes diplomat cars pulled over by NYPD and issued summons , they get them all the time but they never pay them ... however did not follow the whole story ....
Think of Iran during that embassy thing when Carter was president , tehy violated all the rules and took american diplomats hostages ... yet they enjoy the treedom in this country and u keep seend them on CNN ... bleah
 
The embassy is right!

For some reason; it does not sound right.

Coup detat? when, how? the embassy has first hand knowledge of what is going in Nigeria.

Any new government that comes on, the first thing they do is they want to be acknowledged by UN and USA.

Fact book of CIA is available in the embassy, they know all the Nigeria government employees.

Your father took the visa from the embassy there - they have his biography information on file.

CIA keeps a good eye on diplomats - and their new births. I still say it does not sound right.
