In short. I had a son with a illegal immigrant. They left the country shortly after he was born. They want to re enter, and me and her want to get married. She lives in south Africa. She.graduated high school here and lived here for over 10 years before leaving in fear of being deported. Do we have a chance she is under 30 and has no criminal record.

That might be false. There is not enough information to draw a conclusion. Without knowing if the son was born in the US, or if the OP was a US citizen at the time of the son's birth, we can't determine if the son is a US citizen or not.

They left which country shortly after he was born? They left another country to enter the US illegally? Or they left the US after your son was born in the US?
If your son was born outside the US, were you a US citizen at the time? Are you a US citizen now?
How long ago she leave the US? How long did she stay illegally in the US after her 18th birthday? These are very important factors for determining her eligibility to return to the US.

From such a statement, every logical conclusion will be that they left the USA after he was born. There is more than enough information there to make a reasonable conclusion. There is no reason whatsoever to conjecture that it was a different country from this. The statement would be misleading and not make sense in that scenario.

Yes, the most likely conclusion is that they left the US, but I'm asking just to be sure. People here are of various different countries and languages, and sometimes what they write is not exactly what they really meant.
