My Native American child has her US passport and age 4 plus tribe ID we did report birth abroad.. we applied for the mom to visit (she would be leaving her son for the 2 week visit) she owns a lot (for home) she was denied last week.
My tribe wrote A letter for the director from. My chief do you think that could help and who are the hurting except the baby ? Also if i go get my child For a visit first time should I need to do anything for the visit the mom wants her to come visit me… please advise
