Hello,
USCIS...is really playing with me...they said my name check is not cleared, then they said it is cleared. Now it is assigned to an office, but no VISA, this was last week update. It is confirmed by another IO, she said I will recieve the decision by Sept 30th.

Meantime, My 3rd EAD got approved. I am getting this mail from CRIS..almost everyday from monday that the card production ordered, whenever I recive that my anticipation goes up, but when I see my Receipt no, then only I realise that it is again hte same EAD.

This is latley taking a lots of my energy.. I am not able to conventrate in my job. I know that nobody can predict or do anything about it. I am not depressed...but depressed. my PD is 05/2003 ..today I saw one person got it with that priority date......I am not sure...I even cancelled an INFO PASS because..they are also going to tell the same to me again...

I am kind of lost....close ...but ...not yet. Really sad

Also no update at all.................I may be here for a long wait. People are saying by october...it is going to retro...again

Don't worry, I'm in same boat, there are still a lot of us who aren't lucky enough to get approved so far.

I am also Victim of USCIS's ( Discrimination towards me.. ) There Horrible Process and Procedures.. Heck with this..

I saw few people who applied few months back got there approvals.. I know they are EB1 and EB2

But I am EB3 from 2001 no Justice ???


It is really bad..

I agree with you. My PB is March 1999. No importance at all. EB3 sucks.
 
Guys, look at my signature, its random!!! It is not up to EB1 or EB3, it is not about the retro or non retro country. Everything is mess there.

You are right! Just they are picking the applications from shelf and approving.
