My case was approved!!! RFE responded on April 21

Hi,

My case was just approved. The online status changed between 2pm - 20 pm.

I called this morning, and the IIO said the case is not assigned yet, but he will write a note to the supervisor about this case.

Now, it is approved. So it is very useful to call the IIO.

Below is the case status:

RD 11/15/2001
ND 12/07/2001
FP 04/11/02

RFE issued Marh 31, 2003
RFE received April 21, 2003
AD: May 29, 2003.
 
Useful to call IIO? Do you really believe that you got approved today because you called IIO this morning. Give me a break. Anyway Congrats. Enjoy.

You approval today has nothing to do with your calling IIO. It simply can't be that quick! It may be coincidence that your case was approved a few days ago and the status got updated today.

Anyways, good luck for the future.

one of my colleagues, who is a dec'01 rd, also is very confident that his was among the very first dec approvals because he talked to the iio. i don't know what is right.
