Congratulation ....Why so long?

Why so long? Did you talk to IIO to figure out delay? Did you I-140 was issued for CP or different Srvice Center?

Because...

My I-140 filed in NSC, but they told me 6 month ago they can not connect my I-140, I guess they sent it to a wrong place. I called IIO many times, I called senate office. Finally I recieved the Approval notice yesterday.
