My case transferred to Local INS Office

On line message says :On August 11, 2003, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to our office in CINCINNATI, OH. Does any one know how much time it takes to schedule interview. I appreciate inputs from everyone whose case transferred to Cincinnati, OH

Do you know the reason for your transfer? Did you get a RFE?

No RFE. I don't know the reason for transfer. I have checked on line. I am expecting a letter from BCIS in a week or so. In general what could be the resons for transferring to local office.

Here are some of the reasons for transfer as I can gather from this forum--
* EB-1 case
* Out of status for some time
* Change of employer during I-485 process(< 180 days)
* Medical reasons like not proper immunizations, etc.

Does any of this apply to you?

Changed employer after 365 days, but never informed BCIS
don't know about medicals.
