My case transfered to local INS

I do not know how long it will take to schedule interview. If anybody is in similar situation, please let me know.

Did u inform INS of the change??

Hi,

I moved from place under VSC jurisdiction to TSC jurisdiction without any job transfer. But I haven't received anything from INS as such. I want to know if you changed your job or just your address that your case was transfered to local INS.

Guys, he is saying the case was transfered to LOCAL INS and not TSC !!

It must have been transfered for interview.

Transfer

Applied 485 at VSC.
Have changed my job using AC21 after a year in I-485.
Moved to San Antonio about 2 moths ago, Which comes under TSC region.
Informed about Address change to INS, not the job change. (My attorney says, do not let them know about job change unless they issue a RFE).

So .. VSC has indeed touched November RDs!

How did you come to know about transfer? Online or AVM!
Your Tfr. date is Dec.23,2002, 2 months have already pass since then, hope you would hear something soon....
 
Both AVM and Online Status Check.

I check the online status first, I told me that My case was trasfered to the local INS office but did not tell where ?
so I checked the AVM and AVM says clearly "Case is trasfered to San Antonio Office".
If you get this kind of scenerio than check both AVM and Online Status Check.

I did not hear anything from San Antonio Local office yet, but hoping something will come up soon.
