My case has been approved.

All,
My case has been approved as of March 14 2002.
Same for my wife too. I was talking with TSC
INS and thats when they told me today.
I am thankful to all the members and particularly to
Karen and others who gave me lots of moral support.

My details are
EB3 --- INDIA
Texas Service Center
485 RD/ND Sept 27\'99 Oct 15, 99
1st FP : 12/3/99 (same day for my wife)
2nd FP : 11/27/01
2nd FP 1/3/02 (for my wife)

Did many faxes, contacted senators/congressmans.

Suddenly messege changed to Case has been approved.
Atlast Thank God the ordeal is over (SIGH)

TSC claims that it\'s processing March/2000 cases two months ago,

so, why this Sept/1999 is just processed?

What does TCS PROCESSING TIME mean?
 
Good to see the cases who have been waiting for long period.

It\'s hard to understand INS figures anyway. They approved cases filed in Mar 2001 where as they didn\'t send FP notices for those who filed in Dec 2000.

One positive news is that they are clearing very old cases. That\'s really very good news for those who waiting longer than people like who just filed like me.
