Hello KABULA, could U pl post your details like PD,RD,ND, EB type, and Country, if it is ok with U, I think your wife\'s approval also will come soon, did U got any RFE from INS??

Hello KABULA, thanks for your prompt reply, may I know what kind of RFE U HAVE Got from INS, my PD 12/28/98, RD 08/30/00, ND 09/21/00, FP 03/15/01, EB 2 INDIA, NON RIR, NO RFE SO FAR, still waiting to be approved of I 485, Note: could U pl tell me what kind of VISA U came to USA, for the 1st time ... like F1 or H1b or B1/B2

He told me it will take 30-60 days for processing.
I donot know what is going on.

Anybody has the same problem.

My WIFE\'s EAD card is getting expired on FEB 2002.
Should I renew her EAD card.

give me some suggestion.

My wife\'s EAD expires in Mar\'02. She applied and already got Approved one valid from 03/02 thru 03

My case got approved on Dec. 17, but my wife\'s case is still pendind.
my datails are LIN 00-225-xxxxx, EB-2, Regular, Finger printing Feb. 13, 2001.
 
The same case with me

I got my approval on 12/17/01 ,and received the courtesey copy on 12/24/01 but my wife hasn\'t got hers.Dont know why this happens becos to my knowledge primary applicant & derivative adjustment applicant had got approved on the same date.My wife\'s EAD is getting expired on 01/29/02,thinking of renewing it.
