Hi All,

Like many I was a silent vistor to this Forum. Here are my details
State: MN
RD: 10/2000
ND: 11/2000
FP: 03/2001
Added wife I-485( 09/2001)
RFE : 04/01/2002( Employment verification)
VM updated: 04/25/2002
Called IIO after 3 weeks. He said case is assaigned to an officer and it may take few days to few weeks for a decision.

My wife\'s case is still pending.

At last my case has been aproved and thank you all for posting your information. I wish you all luck and hope your cases get approved soon.

My case almost the same: ND Nov/00, RFE 4/2, 4/18, and IIO said case been assigned to an officer. Still waiting.
 
Congrats!. Why did it take so much time? Have you had I140 approved CP or something like a complex c
