My case approved, but spouse\'s case still pending.

My case got approved. Approved notice received in mail on Nov 2. AVM message also
  changed accordingly. The problem is that my spouse\'s case is still pending. We filled I-485
  together, got receipt notices the same day, FP the same day, why this happened? How
  long we till meed to wait? What we should do now? Please help. We are worried.

My details are: EB1
    RD: 10/16/00
    RD: 11/9/00
    FP: 3/14/01
    Approved: 10/29/01
Approval notice received in mail on 11/2/01.

Child case pending

In our case all applications were filed together, that is two children, spouse and self. We all got our approval barring one child. So one has to just wait and see.
 
RFE issued

AVM said a RFE was issued on my spouse\'s case on Nov 13. Have no idea what they still need. Waiting for the notice in mail.

My husband (primary applicant) case got approved on Aug 22.
RFE for my case issued on Sept 22. Reached me on Oct 12.
Laywer replied on Oct 16. INS received on Oct 23.
Not approve yet.
 
My wife sent RFE on July25/01 , Still waiting

My wife sent RFE reply on July25/01 for her medical she is still waiting....
 
Mine was approved on July26/01

It all depends on luck
