Priority Date: 01/03/01. And it\'s approved on 01/20/01.

I140 Filing Date 01/26/01, approved 04/20/01

I485 RD 05/21/01, ND 07/20/01
Finger Print 10/24/01 at Santa Ana.
Famous "process resumed.." message on 01/10/02.
I485 approved 02/14/02 and my attorney received our notices today.
Will go to Santa Ana for passport Stamp ASAP. Total process took
13 months + 12 days.

I have been visiting this forum for a long time and it is a great
help for everyone here. Thanks for Ciba and PCEE who contribute a lot
to this website.
 
Has your AVM message changed?

Has your AVM message changed to "Approved" and if so do you know when it changed? Also what was it b4 the "Approved" message? Thanks...
 
AVM changed to "Approved" on Feb 14, 2002.

It sounds like "This case was approved. On Feb. 14, 2002 an approval
notice was mailed. .....". I checked AVM in the evening of Feb. 13
still the old one. Feb 14 is the turning point.

 I plan to go to Santa Ana office at 1pm Tomorrow afternoon(Friday)
for passport stamp (I am pretty busy in the morning). Anyone knows
whether or not the office still let people go in at 1pm ? Same experience ?
