Checked AVM my case is transferred to miami today:

1)Anyone with transfer to miami please share your experiences...

2)How long does/is miami INS take/taking to process?

3)Do i need a lawyer with me for the interview????

4)Does it necessarily mean i will be called for interview??

Initial application filed at Nebraska center -Case transfered application to Miami INS on 30th March 02.

EB2,RD 1June01,ND 17July\'01,FP early Dec01,Transfer to miami 30May02.

Are you also a transfer case or did file at miami INS in the first place? How long is miami taking to process for interview?.
 
got tranfered to Miami

Still date, I do not have any update from INS MIAMI. MY case got transfered on May 7th 2002.

AVM:"On (Date) we transferred your i-485 appication to adjust to permanent residence status to our office in (city,state)for processing.Our office in (city,state) will send you a written decision as soon as processing is complete.If you need further information you can call our office at (local ins tele number)."

Did you try calling miami INS for the reason of transfer/status.Have u recvd transfer notice?Are u planning to go to interview with a lawyer?
 
I got Notice- Transfer, I do not see any reason on it? Could you please give me Miami INS Telephone

 
 
my lawyer offcie told me to look in yellow pages...did not do it yet..

please let me know after talking to them-if i find it i will post the number here.
 
is 904 232 2164 as per the transfer notice recvd. yesterday
