EAD and AP question : Help needed
I am applying for my 485 application. Right now I don\'t want to apply for EAD and AP along with 485 because we have valid H1B visa.
Can we go for EAD after getting the 485 receipt i.e. directly going to the INS office (Cincinnati) and getting EAD and AP there.
or
Is it necessary to file the forms with 485 application. (Lawyer is charging extra fees for filling these forms)

Alternative...
After you get the 485 receipt file EAD and AP on your own. If you do not receive them within 90 days of RD (of EAD and AP- you\'ll get separate receipts) you can go to cincinatti to get the interim EAD and AP.
You need not send EAD and AP along with 485 (for both applicants). Save some money.
