Must job description be identical on newspaper & additional 3 recuitment steps?

Hi,

I think job description on newspapaer ad, website and internal posting should be identical. But my attorney insists that we use short/comprehensive ad on newspaper and long/detailed one on website and internal posting. Is my attorney right? Please advice. Thank you.

For mine, the job description on all three were different. The jod description in the newspaper was greatly summarized to reduce the ad fees. A lot of abbreviations were also used example, app for application, biz for business, etc). However, they pretty much meant about the same thing. I wasn't audited and I got certified.

Your attoney is right. My company uses different newspaper ads(combining all the open reks for that month) in a newspaper ad. They have not faced any problems. Please note that the gist of the language for same position in three different ads is same.

I have been filing identical PERM, it's been more than 5 months, I have not heard from them. But my RIR case is withdrawn last time when I checked online.

How long did you get your identical PERM approved? Anyone else who is filing identically? and what's your guys situation now?
