Hello, my passport is from Chennai and I initially got my visa
from Chennai consulate. My would-be wife's passport is from
Mumbai. My permanent residence still falls under Chennai
consulate and her's under Mumbai. However, can she apply
for her H4 at Chennai consulate because I would fall under
Chennai? I am looking into this because, Mumbai consulate seems
to be having more rules. Chennai consulate allows dropbox
for H4 application and also doesn't require last name change.
However, Mumbai consulate requires both of these. That is
why I am interested in knowing if she can apply from Chennai.
