I know you provide email from consulate somewhere, Can you please repost the email, so we can take printout of it and use it, as I don\'t think I would have local PCC.

Hi Param,

I am trying to postpone my interview date since I fear that my PCC will not come in time. Since you have gone thru this process, I have one question for you, can you request a 1 month postponement, or is the amount of postponement automatically decided my the consulate. In your case by how many days was the interview postponed.
