I am trying to visit "http://usembassy.state.gov/mumbai/wwwhappt.html" for mumbai June appointment (am expecting consular interview in Juine/July). It seems the site is not working. has they changed the site?

Nope the site is not changed. It seems that there is in an error while placing the web file. Normally they are prompt (compared to MRD/NWD) but this time both the later are up more promptly.
Best is if you can call the consulate and find out if your i've is in June.
