Hello There !
My mother's sister had filed i-130 for my mother some 12 years back in early 2001 . USCIS asks my mother to file DS-230 during early 2011 . My father and my youngest sister also were beneficiaries .
Unfortunately the issue got stuck on my father's Police Character Certificate for Bangladesh as neither police department in Bangladesh nor Bangladesh Consulate in Karachi is of any help in issuing us such Certificate .
My eldest sister , now also a U.S. Citizen wants to file another i-130 application for my mother on her behalf .
I have 2 questions :
(1) Would USCIS will process and accept another i-130 Application for my mother despite previous pending i-130 Application of my mother (Through my mother's sister) ?
(2) Do my sister has to file seperate i-130 for my father ?
