Multiple Visa - have L1 and what happen if get H1 stamped

Hi ,

Please give your expert advice on following situation.

I have L1 Stamped for company A, and got my H1 petition from company B.
I am not sure whether to continue with company A or B.

But wants my H1 stamped so if get my H1 stamped what happens with my L1 ?

if I get h1 stamped and wants to go on L1, can I do it ?

Please advise.

There is a high chance that old L1 stamp will be cancelled at the US consulate when you obtain H1 stamp.
