How do I enter multiple countries visited after leaving the US?

My scenario is that I went from NY to Pakistan and then Stopped in Dubai for a few days and then I returned back to the US.

How do I write this in the form? especially in regards to dates?

If you have any stamp (where you got from entry/exit control in each port) on your passport, then you should indicate the dates/places.

for example,
If you have a stamp of Dubai airport (entry/exit), then use
Dubai, UAE - Jan 12, 2009 to Jan 15, 2009.
XXXX, Pakistan - Jan 15, 2009 to Jan 30, 2009.

if you don't have a stamp of Dubai, then
use
XXXX, Pakistan - Jan 15, 2009 to Jan 30, 2009.

Consider them to be one trip but place both Pakistan and Dubai (United RAn Emigraes?) into "Countries into which you travelled to". The form N-400
does not ask you to plave dates in each country and dates of leaving the USA
and coming back to USA.

N400 does not ask on which days you stayed in which country.
It only ask for the date of leaving USA and the date of coming
back to USA. You can place all countries you visited between these two dates into one cell of that table. You do not need to break down
your oversea trip by country

Well, it doesn't matter as long as IO can ask you questions during the interview and make corrections.

List it as one trip and mention the countires visited. I had a single trip where I visited Canada, Germany, UAE, India, Pakistan and the Maldives. I gave an exit date, a re-entry date and mentioned all 6 countries.
