I do have a TN(for Company A) currently working on (W2 for Company A) and I received 6 months contact with (Company B today) , as a 1099 contract. . I want to keep working for Company A.

1.How can i do this ?
2.Do i need to go for TN for Company B ?
3.Do i have options?

Any help is appreciated

You must get a TN, of course.
1. Go to border, get a second TN, reminding the officer that you will be keeping the first.
2. have new company send an I-129 requesting concurrent employment.

Employer B should provide TN support Letter + I-129 both to border?? or Just TN offer letter is sufficient ? sorry what's use of I-129? for my first TN i just took TN support letter.

If you are going to the border, it will be the same scenario as your first TN application with TN support letter and whatever other documents you had with you i.e. education credentials etc.

An I-129 is used by an employer to file for a TN application to hire an individual.

Yes, my #2 response should have stressed "send" by mail. Those are your 2 separate choices, not 2 steps of the same process.
