I am in a situation and need help:

I am holding TN with company A till Nov 15, 2011.

I just got another offer from company B and when I apply for second TN for company B. My question is:

1) how many I-94 card will be stamped in my passport? 1 or 2?

2) Somebody told me it should be only one I-94 card, if so, what expiry date will be displayed on my passport? it still be Nov 15,2011 OR new I-94 card will be used with new date for Company B's TN ?(say April 5,2012)

3) If there will be only one I-94 card for those two TNs, the officer will list company A and Company B together on backpage of same I-94? - I just do NOT want company A or B knowing I am working for two places.

Thanks a lot.

1)2
2) Your new TN should be good for full 3 years if that is what you ask for. However some CBP officiers are limiting the I-94 (wrongly) to the passport expiry date.
3) see 1

Thank you very much. nelsona.

if I have 2 differernt I-94. How can I aovid the company A or B know I am working for two places?

Company A has a copy of your I-94 right now (for purposes of I-9 verification) which they got when you were hired, right? Why would they need to see anything you now have? The next time they will need to see an I-94 is when they renew your TN.

You will show Company B you new I-94. They are on separate cardboard. You don't need to show them anything else.

why I ask this question? because I am not sure if company B can know I am working for company A while they verify I-9 with second I-94 card.

I didn't say "why aske the question". I asked why do you think you will have to show all your documents to your new employer?

You are the one asking about the process.
