Can a person who qualifies for TN status get multiple simultaneous TN "visas" with one of the employers being part-time?
I'm going to a POE in about a week to get new TN status as I am switching employers. I have interest from a company that cannot commit to hiring me full time. I have done much part-time work for them in the past as a contractor from Canada. I wish to keep doing work for them on a part-time basis. Is there any reason I could not or should not apply for two TN work status's, one for my full-time job and another for part-time?
