I am currently working on TN, i am expected a better offer from another employer.Can i get my TN visa done for the new employer and then resign from the my present employer.Will they issue Multiple TN? Will Border Agent ask starting date for new TN?Is this complicated?
Yes. This is the common practice, and the best way to ensure that you don't lose out on both jobs. You MUST however insist that your current I-94 be kept by you and not cancelled.
