Multiple Salaries on H1B

Hi,

Can any help please let me know, whether we can get 2 salaries from 2 different employers on H1B Status. My H1 filed by company A and I worked with them for 1.5 years. Now, I got better opportunity so I have transfered my H1B to Company B and started working with Company B. But due to client requirements Company A requested me to work with them on part-time (per day about 3 hrs). Company A is not cancelling my H1.

Now my question is,

Can I work as partime with Company A and take Salary while working with Company B and getting salary?

If yes, Does Company A needs to change my H1B status to part-time or something like that?

Please let me know ASAP.

You cannot get two salaries on one H1B. Safest and easiest is to do corp-to-corp.
