Given the state of property market, I have heard many people On H1B have done following
(1) Buy one house, then second, then third.....
(2) Rent out the property, as landlord on some and thru property manager on others
(3) That way, you can build a parallel income, without having to do much, and still being on H1B
Is it legal to do this? Is it not akin to running business, without getting permission from INS and without incorporating yourself to do business?
