Can any one of you guide me what I should do in the current situation. I belong to EB3 (Schedule A Nurse)
1. My original agency in US was very slack in following up my case and even lost track of all my documents and petions (I-140) at USCIS. Hence I stop using this agency and filed the petion thorough another agency and they seem to have filed I-140 (during the month of December 2004).
Till date no informations from them regarding USCIS receipt No. etc. May be because the processing centre Vermount is not processing any new petion.
2. To make my case more complicated I recently got the approval notice from my original agent and the file is forwarded to NVC including DS-230 etc.. and NVC is currently reviewing the same.
3. Can some of you revert to me whether the other pending non approved petion with USCIS can create any problem for me.
4. I would like to persue the one petion which is already approved.
5. What I should do for the unapproved petion. Should/can I withdraw the second petion. Is it really necessary.
