Multiple LUD changes on I-485 , 1 on I-140

I have seen multiple LUD changes on my I-485 and 1 on I-140 as of 12/14/2004. I was wondering what could this mean ?

My case history is as below...

I-140/I-485 - EB2 - Concurrent - RD 04/05/2004 - ND 04/09/2004
EAD,AP approved - 05/2004, FP done - 05/22/2004.

LUD for myself - I-485 - 10/27/04,12/07/04,12/10/04 and 12/14/04
I-140 - 12/14/04
LUD for my wife - I-485 - 12/14/04
LUD for my son - I-485 - 12/14/04

I am a bit surprised since my dates are beyond the JIT dates shown.

I would really appreciate if someone has a similar case or someone can explain the meaning of this( RFE :( or approval :) ?).

means nothing to me. i have had multiple updates and the case is still stuck. updates could be because of inquiries too. my RD on 140 is sep. 2003 and on 485 is jan 2004.

I actually thought the same that this should not mean anything. It seems the CSC is really getting slow now that the holidays are approaching.

Multiple LUD changes on I-485 , 1 on I-140 RXD RFE on I-140

I received an e-mail from USCIS today afternoon stating that they have issued an RFE on my I-140. I was wondering what all is needed to submit in the response to the RFE. I want to do everything quickly as our company is shutdown from Dec. 20 till Jan 3.

This is what I think is needed, please add if you know anything else.
W2s , TAX returns ( may be last 3 years ) , Pay stubs and company's TAX filings.

I am not sure what information is needed from the company. I would really appreciate if someone can help me with that since I have only 1 day to get those papers to respond to the RFE right away. I know that all the required information would be present in the RFE notice but want to get everything I know ready ...
