1. my federal labor is pending at chicago dol in NON-RIR category.(sent to chicago in july 2003) since the backlog is about 12 months now.
2. talked to my lawyer and he said we can start a fresh petition in RIR category.
question:
can i have two petitions going for RIR and NON-RIR at the same time??
