Hi,
Here is the situation:
Currently employed: My H-1b expires 14-March-2006.
Labor pending with Company: OCt 2002 EB-2
I am looking to switch jobs but will probably take some time before i get a new job say end march 2005.
7th year extension:
I have a friendly willing to apply for my GC. The company has >100 people and has $6m in annual revenues to file before march 14-2005 so that i can claim 7th year extension
Once i switch jobs:
I want the new company to go PERM in June 2005 (hopefully). My current employer is going to help me with my GC as much as possible.
Question:
1) Can i keep 2/3 GC application going at the same time? or do i have to withdraw one of them?
What is the risk that i am taking on?
I have been consulting a couple of lawyers and i have got mixed advice.
Please advice.
