Multiple labor certifications

Hi,

Just wanted to check whether LCs could be filed by different companies for a candidate in one or more states. If the processing is faster in one of the state can the candidate switch to that company and at what stage one can do it?

Yes...You can file more then one LC for the same candidate.

But keep in mind that LC is not portable.
