Hi Rajiv,
My employer A recently started my GC process. They filled my PERM last month and I am on F1-STEM OPT status. I am looking to get answers for multiple job employment during the entire process of GC filling approval. I am a remote software developer trying to figure out if I can legally do different jobs from other employers B, C, and so on. Here are my queries;
1. Will it impact my GC process if I started working for different employers and continuing the jobs with employer A? If it is possible then
2. During PERM filing with employer A they have stated x amount of salary, what if my other jobs pay a different amount (let's say less than what is stated in PERM filling)? Is this can be a possible issue?
