Multiple job changes using AC21

Hi guys,

Are we allowed to use AC21 to change jobs multiple times.
Are there any issues with this ?.
My reason for the question: job sucks .. one pay cut after another.

Cant accept a better position bcos of the job title and description change.
Fear of getting laid off.. same thing might happen if I switch too..
I guess most of us are in the same boat.

There appears to be nothing in the statute or the implementation memoranda to prevent this. I am about to invokve AC21 for the second time.
