I have a situation and would like get the feedback on following question:
Currently employed with "A" employer who has given a notice to shutdown within 2 months and option to not come to office. In the mean time I have secured a job with "B" and transferring H1. It is not necessary to give resignation to "A" (given "A" is shutting down) to join "B". Given that:
a) Is it legal to work with "B" (After H1 transfer) but still have another salary coming from "A" let us say for a month? Assuming "A" is not going to notify USCIS
