I have this strange situation. please help. my employer applied for my h1 through premium processing. before he got the reply he sent another application for h1 again through premium processing. by the time the second application was received by uscis, the first one got approved and later he got it. i was told that i have two h1s.
now my friends told me that its strange. i have heard of two h1s from different employers. but is it possible for same employer to have two h1s. i was thinking that uscis would stop processing the second one as the first one is already issued. please let me know if it is possible for the company to have two h1s for the same employee for the same position
