Hi All,

I am currently in US in H1B, My previous employer wants me to work for him for 10 hours a week. With a mutual consent from both the employers , whats the procedure to do this ?. My research says that its enough to get a petition approved by second employer before starting to work for the second employer. Pls advice,

----- New H1 petition by second employer Or Second employer(as Client) pay to your current employer and current employer pays you.

Thanks. I meant 'getting H1 petition approved from second employer' and start working with second employer as well (while still working for primary employer).
