Hi All, I have a question regarding the H1b visa transfer for multiple employers.
1. Is it necessary to inform both the companies about the multiple H1b visa transfers?
2. Is it a good practice to inform attorneys about the multiple transfers?
3. Company A has started my transfer and I want to end up in company B. Should I tell company A to cancel my transfer process and continue with company B?
I would really appreciate any information this community can provide.
