Multiple H1B transfers

Hi there-

I am currently working for company-A on h1B.

Applied for H1B transfer (regular) from company-A to company-B 3 months back and got RFE (Request For Evidence, REGARDING AVAILABILITY OF PROJECTS). We still have to submit these docs.

All these days I am working for Company-A and never transfer to B and never worked for B.
Now I want to apply for H1B transfer from Company-A to Company-C. I am still working fro Company-A and have upto-date pay-stubs. Can I do this (A --> C)? If yes, what happens if the first transfer gets approved (A to B). Please help me.

Hi ChanduCA,

I have a similar situation. I work for company A. I got an offer from company B and sent them my transfer papers. They have applied for the transfer (normal processing), but have not informed me of a reciept number.

Meanwhile I got a much better offer from Company C. I am still under the payroll of Company A. Is there going to be any complication if I transfer from Company A to Company C ?
Please let me know if you have any information that can help me.
