multiple H1 transfers

Hi,
I am currently working for comp A and my H1B (1st term) is expiring on Jan 10, 2006. Comp A has already filed my extension on Nov 8, 2005 and is still waiting on the approval from INS. Last month I decided to join company B and they filed my H1 transfer through premium processing, thats pending too.
I have the following questions:
1) Is the 2 petitions pending at the same time cause any confusion/problems at the INS?
2) I have another offer from comp C. If I have to join comp C and if they file my extension after Jan 10, 2006. Is it going to cause any problem?
PS: My H1 extension at comp A and H1 transfer to comp B has not been approved yet as of today.

2) only case you have a problem is both of petition from A and B gets denied.
This invalidates petition from C which was filed during your "authorized stay" due to pending petition. If petition was denied, "authorized stay" is considered as if it did not even exist, so that you are considered you did not have status when you filed C petition.
